Tirunelveli District Basketball Association

Tirunelveli District Basketball Association is the governing and controlling body of Basketball in Tirunelveli and is responsible for the development and promotion of the basketball at all levels. TDBA is affiliated to Tamilnadu Basketball Association (TNBA).

TDBA Major initiatives includes:

  • Developing and Organising the District teams in all categories.
  • Conducting Coaching camps and Leagues as platforms for identifying young talents in Basketball.
  • Encouraging schools and Colleges to play Basketball.
  • Working on the upliftment of young Basketball players.
  • Working on the Development of coaches and Referees.

Tirunelveli District alongwith Tuticorin formed.
